Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders in Australia of $20.00.

We use Australia Post for delivery & expect to be able to ship your order to you within 10 working days from the date of your order. With Covid restrictions, there may be some delays & we will communicate with you as best as we can when these delays are identified.

Orders and returns

Rider Performance accepts returns of unopened items within 14 days from the day you received your product. If the return is a result of our error we will pay the return delivery fee. Items must be returned in their original product packaging with any seals unbroken and in tact. If you wish to process a return, please contact: office@riderperformance.com.au quoting your order number and the reason for your return.

Faulty product returns

A product is considered faulty if it shows symptoms of failure, does not work at all, or is discovered to be damaged when first taken out of its packaging. If a product is faulty. there are a few things that you need to do:

  • Rider Performance must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Please contact: office@riderperformance.com.au quoting your order number and the reason for your return.
  • We suggest you take photos of any visable damage to help us assess your claim.

Change-of-mind product returns

Rider Performance offers a 14 day return policy on approved non-fault items. Change-of-mind returns may be rejected without a valid order number or if there is any indication that the packaging has been opened or seals tampered with.

All change-of-mind goods returned to Rider Performance  must contain and or be:

  • As new’ in regards to the product and packaging.
  • 100% complete, containing all original manufacturers’ boxes with the original UPC code (bar code) and packing materials. 
  • All manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit. Rider Performance reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund of any non-fault item that is not returned in the original packaging or deemed as not in "as new" condition.

Return shipping charges

Shipping costs on the returned Item are covered if:

  • The product received is faulty
  • The product is dead on arrival
  • The wrong product was sent

If you would like a replacement product

  • A replacement for the same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned faulty product. 
  • The delivery time for the replacement product will be the same as stated for the original faulty product. 
  • Replacement products are provided with the same manufacturers warranty as the original faulty product.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order please advise us prior to your item being shipped and you will receive a full refund or exchange.

When a refund is arranged

  • Refunds include all shipping and associated costs for the faulty product.
  • No refund will be given to you until Rider Performance has received the faulty product from you.
  • Refunds will be issued by the same method as the original payment to Rider Performance was made.

Receiving a refund

You will receive your order refund after we receive and process your return in accordance with our returns policies.

This time period includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return 
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
